We accepted the order, allegedly called for a long time to find out the recipient's address, until I wrote - the delivery movement has not begun. As a result, the gift was delivered, but the postcard with the signature was lost in the car, and it was not delivered. Late in the evening, the recipient was called and the message was verbally transmitted. Why I had to pay for the postcard then is a mystery. The service is so-so, I can't recommend it
