К букету претензий не имею, но «сюрприз» был испорчен звонками от курьера! Если заказан букет ко времени, значит покупатель 100% уверен, что получатель дома! Зачем было курьеру звонить да еще и дважды, уточнив точно ли «вы будете дома», к вам едет букет цветов ! Вся фишка в заказе, это то, что получатель вообще не в курсе , что к нему приедут цветы! Должен был дать звонок в дверь и всё!
