Placing an order

Yes. Enter your phone number and you’ll receive a login code by SMS. Log in to your account, choose the items you want and place your order. In your Personal Account, you can also:

• - create collections of items for different occasions;
• - add special occasions to your calendar so you don’t forget to order a gift in advance;
• - keep track of your loyalty programme bonuses;
• - add shops to your favourites.

Here’s how you can try to resolve the issue:
- check the format and digits of your phone number for typos or missing digits;
- restart your phone;
- check your balance and mobile signal strength — the signal indicator should be full or one bar below full;
- make sure incoming SMS messages aren’t blocked;
- request the code again — you can make 3–5 requests;
- make sure you’re entering the code correctly.
If this doesn’t help, contact Flowwow Support. In the Flowwow mobile app, use the chat; on the website, go to ‘Messages’.
If you’ve completed all the steps above and the issue still isn’t resolved, contact our Support team:

If the item is in stock or the seller can prepare it quickly, delivery can take as little as 30 minutes. To find these items, use the ‘Delivery within 90 min’ or ‘Ready-made’ filters. You can place an order up to seven days before delivery. When searching, specify the delivery time, date and address, and the catalogue will show options that match these details.

Yes, you’ll see a section with available additional items when you place your order.

On Flowwow, each order can only be placed with one seller and delivered to one address.
For identical items, simply specify the quantity in the basket. Add different items as usual. If you’re buying items from multiple sellers or from one seller for delivery to different addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders.

Sometimes promo codes can only be used until a certain date or a limited number of times. The error message that appears on the screen when you enter the promo code will usually explain why it can’t be applied. If you’re sure the promo code is valid but the discount still isn’t applied, contact our Support team via chat or the Help Centre.

Go to the item page. The item card should show all the information you need to the right of the photo: width, height and diameter.

The seller will usually allow this. When placing your order, add your preferences in the comments. The seller will contact you in the chat to confirm the details. In the app, you can also message the shop before placing an order. On the item card, tap ‘Message the shop’ to open the chat.

If you placed your order in the app, you’ll receive push notifications with updates. If you ordered on the website, you’ll receive updates by SMS or email.

You can use promo codes on the Flowwow website and in the mobile app. Bonuses are currently available only in the app. Add an item to your basket. You’ll see the ‘Promo codes and bonuses’ section, where you can find all available benefits — simply choose one. If you have a promo code but it doesn’t appear in this section, enter it manually.

On the main screen, you’ll see the options ‘As soon as possible’, ‘By a specific time’ and ‘Ask the recipient’. Select the option you need, specify the day and choose a suitable delivery time slot.

When placing your order, you’ll see the ‘Add a comment to the order’ field below the delivery address. Add your preferences there, and the seller will contact you to confirm the details.

You can add a free Flowwow greeting card to any item in the ‘Flowers’ and ‘Gifts’ categories, as well as to some items in other categories. When placing your order, tick ‘Free greeting card’, then enter your message in the dedicated field — the seller will write it on the card. If you’d like the message to be printed, mention this in the comments when placing your order. The courier cannot pass on your message verbally or share order details with the recipient. If you want the recipient to know who the gift is from, add your name to the card.

Shops usually use standard free Flowwow greeting cards. If you’d like a different card, mention it in the order comments.

Yes, we can. When placing your order, select ‘Ask the recipient for the address’ and specify the delivery day. On the morning of that day, the recipient will receive an SMS asking them to provide a convenient address and time to receive the order. You may need to pay extra for delivery.
We protect users’ personal data, so we don’t share the delivery address with the customer. We’ll let you know the order status, for example, ‘Prepared’ or ‘Delivered’.

Open the Flowwow mobile app, select the item you want to order and tap ‘Message the shop’.
